These terms govern your use of BizMatchBiz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Using the service
BizMatchBiz helps businesses discover and evaluate potential partners. You may use it only for lawful business purposes and only for an organisation you are authorised to represent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including capabilities, evidence, briefs, and responses.
Matches are suggestions, not endorsements
Match results, fit labels, and scores are automated suggestions to help you decide. They are not a guarantee of quality, availability, or outcome, and you remain responsible for your own due diligence before entering any agreement.
The same applies to everything else the AI features produce — structured briefs, extracted requirements, drafted responses, and bid recommendations. They are drafting and analysis aids. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, they are not a substitute for reading the underlying document, and nothing is submitted or agreed on your behalf without a person on your side approving it.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and do not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it before you continue using the service.
