This policy explains what data BizMatchBiz collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the organisation and business information you provide, and usage activity needed to operate matching, responses, and outcomes.
We do not sell your personal data.
How we use it
To run the service: generating matches, delivering notifications you have opted into, and maintaining an audit trail of key actions.
AI features process brief and profile text to structure and match it. Content sent to AI providers is redacted of direct contact details, and providers are used under zero-retention terms.
Your choices
You can edit your organisation's information, manage notification preferences, and request an export or deletion of your data from the admin area.
Some records may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes.
